The Challenge
Pnuma Outdoors, a hunting apparel brand, faced a high-stakes challenge: a seasonal sales cycle that concentrated the bulk of revenue between September and December. When we were engaged, the brand was behind its goal of surpassing the previous year’s revenue, and the critical sales season was looming.
The Solution
To meet and exceed the revenue target, we focused on driving new customer acquisition through a robust, multi-channel paid media strategy.
Facebook Advertising
- Launched Pnuma’s first Facebook campaigns with full account setup, including integrations, a dynamic shopping feed, and analytics tracking.
- Executed a full-funnel advertising approach, creating brand awareness, nurturing engagement, and driving conversions in partnership with the creative agency Masters of Chaos.


Google Ads Revamp
- Restructured the Google Ads account, expanding beyond branded search to include non-branded and competitive campaigns.
- Enabled Shopping ads with Merchant Center setup and a product feed.
- Launched upper-funnel Discovery and Display Ads and built YouTube campaigns for both prospecting and retargeting.
Promotional Strategy
Developed a cohesive promotional calendar to synchronize marketing efforts and optimize ad performance through timely and consistent testing.


Omni-Channel Dashboard
Created a custom dashboard to track KPIs and deliver transparent, actionable insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
